I have been around the franchise for quite some time, but just recently picked up OOTP 16. I love the level of detail that features like this bring, as it makes me look deeper as a GM at players I'm considering bringing in. It may be a pain to some, but makes things much more realistic, especially since the personality runs through the staff as well.

I, too, am experiencing an issue as Manager only. I have an entire roster being brought down because of issues with some players in the clubhouse. One of the guys on my roster is described as a "Clubhouse Cancer" (wasn't hard to find him, eh?). Problem is, as the manager, I can't get rid of him. Does anyone know of any plans where you can somehow bring this type of thing to the attention of the AI GM? This guy is a reliever, so his "benching" is not something I can obviously do.

Any advise is greatly appreciated.
