It's been very disappointing playing several seasons in the "manager only" mode. The GM decisions have been consistently irrational including designating for assignment (or flat out releasing) long time veterans, shipping top hitters off to the minors and dumping 1/3 of the roster for minor free agent signings. In short, the decisions resemble arcade game results and are totally unrealistic if not nonsensical. Anyone notice similar results or am I expecting too much realism?
