Click To MLB tab on the game page and on the drop down menu find League HIstory. Under That tab will be an entry for "retired Players". It'll either be recently retired or the retired players in general. Find the player(s) you want on those lists and then right click on that players name and you should find an option to "Unretire player". However, i do believe it then makes that player a free agent.
