I sent to Syracuse for rookie SS Lon Harding (25-5.0). He's not much of a hitter, but he makes contact and he is an awesome fielder. He is leading the International League (A) in fielding percentage for a shortstop by a mile and he's got great range and a very strong arm.

Chicago (4) at Brooklyn (3) in 13 innings Game 1: Pat Seguin (24-4.4) (24-19) over Al Green (25-3.8) (17-25). in 13 innings, Seguin allowed 9 hits, 2 walks and struck out 5. Green allowed 11 hits, 2 walks and struck out 6. 1B Tom Jackson (24-5.8) had 3 hits with a double and 2 RBIs. He knocked in the go-ahead run in both the 11th and 13th innings.
Chicago (1) at Brooklyn (3) Game 2: William David (25-3.6) (22-19) over Skyrocket Howard (23-5.4) (8-11). David allowed 4 hits, no walks and struck out 5. Howard allowed 7 hits, no walks and struck out 6. C Billy Boblett (30-5.4) had 2 hits and 2 RBIs.
