Pros and Cons - same thing, common sense. You don't fill your team with cancers nor do you fill it with all Captains. You need balance, and that is part of the challenge of being a GM and/or manager.  |
If you don't go to editor and don't know what they are listed how would you know? Guess? On each player profile right above "Defensive Rating" is "Perrsonality" that should have much more detail so you can determined what kind of a guy your getting. 1-2 sentences ain't enough
