He was in sumo during a period between the 3rd Yokozuna (Maruyama Gondazaemon with Ayagawa Goroji being the 2nd who I had phonied up in the prize ring stuff) for whom there are no records and the fourth Yokozuna (Tanikaze) who comes along in 1789.
