Detroit Wolverines (33-18 .647 1st place in the Liberty League) at
Indianapolis Hoosiers (21-29 .420 11.5 GB in 8th (last) place)

Dave Frazier, Det. (28-5.7) (L 9-7 2.22 8.7-1.1-2.7 H/9-BB/9-SO/9) vs. Sal DeVaux, Ind. (33-3.5) (R 8-11 3.74 8.5-3.0-2.6)

We are 2-0 against DeVaux on the season, but he has pitched decently both times. The only game he has lost in his last 7 starts was to us. His last outing was a 5-hit, 11 to 1 win over 2nd place Pittsburgh.

Frazier allowed 7 hits, no walks and struck out 5.
