i'm trying to find a program that would easily allow me to make pictures of the backs of fictional player's jerseys, with their number and last name on it.

Anyone know a program that would allow me to easily do this? the only one i have right now is the windows paint program which sucks for doing something like this.

any help would be greatly appreciated,
