PERSONNEL - Teaching Fielding
From OOTP15 to OOTP16: I didn't appreciate the change in the personnel format making me open up every coach's editor to find if he was any good at teaching fielding.  ---------- However, all other changes to the personnel recruiting format were improvements IMO
