1. How do you resign staff members? The only option I have is to release them
I am not complatey sure. Someone else can help you with that one.
2. What is the strategy with restricted free agents?
Look up the RFA rights and stuff online. It's the easiest way to understand how it works but if you have a guy who is RFA, you have to give him a qualifying offer to keep him and if someone else signs him you can either match the contract offered or take compensation for the player being signed.
3. One more question. Do players in the minors such as the AHL count towards your salary cap?
Players on 2 way deals dont unless they arecalled up and on the roster but if a player has a one way deal, im not sure. I think they dont but count towards your payroll
