you could hit autocalc many times and take an average of those returned values
that wouldn't take long and it would get you at a good starting point, i bet. if you like the state of some LTMs, write them down and just use this method for the ones you are unsure about.
your numbers were reasonable. in case you are not happy with the changes you make, make a backup of the league, too.
