In a similar vein, so I don't want to create a new thread for this question. In the default MLB league you have some players who start the file suspended for PED use. For example, Ervin Santana had an 80 game suspension. Are we able to send those players out on rehab assignments before bringing them up to the MLB roster or is that another IRL detail that OOTP hasn't replicated?
