I would love this too. I'm contemplating doing a custom WHL/OHL (maybe QMJHL) league, and would use some of the defunct teams as the Jr. teams in such a league.

A couple would be Billings Bighorns, Winnipeg Warriors, New West (or Chilliwack) Bruins, Great Falls Americans (might be hard, they only played one year), Nanaimo Islanders. Most of the other defunct WHL teams are either in cities that already have teams (Spokane, Kelowna, etc) or share a logo (Tacoma Rockets, etc).

Not sure how easy finding any of these jerseys would be, but would be neat.

I may end up just using BCHL/AJHL/SJHL and OJHL/NOJHL teams as farm teams instead. Hard to say at this point how it'll end up.
