The Georgetown Sixteens are my next stop along the way. The Sixteens are an original team, and haven't had much success, one of only a few DBL orginals not to yet make a playoff appearance. My goal is to get this team winning and build for the future... Owner Matt Hardy is very hard nosed and very demanding, however he is very generous which should help me out.
I am going to have to do a review of this team with Arbitration coming up and make some changes. At this point I am thinking of blowing everyone away and starting over, but I am not sure that is the right way to go just yet...

We don't have a whole lot of young "stars" or young guys to be "stars" there are some diamonds in the rough, but its going to take some effort to turn this ship around. I will make a lot of changes here in Georgetown and hopefully take this and its losing traditions and turn them into a Winning Traditions.
I don't have a whole lot to work with, so this off-season, pre-season might be a busy one in Georgetown. Going to take a while to get used to saying that one... My goal is to be out of Georgetown by 2030 with a title under our belt.
Challenge Accepted, now lets get on with it!
