Pretty sure this is a CBA issue and not OOTP bugs or whatever. IRL organizations can't just move guys around on a whim (even though they do in the Minors). I'm no lawyer but I'm pretty sure there are rules against doing that kind of thing. Like if you were the player and you got hurt and they just dumped you to Triple A after that...it's not very fair to the Player.

I think has something to do with the guys on the 40-Man. I played College Ball and have a few friends in the Minors right now and the big thing for most of them who aren't big time 1st round picks is making the 40-Man. I think at that point with all the rules involved the Org. can't just DFA you without repercussions. I think the players on the 40-Man have the right to be Waived to see if anyone else wants to pick then up.

Like iI said though I'm no lawyer. Its all really complicated. I think that's the gist of it though.
