I'd wish Loria and Wilpon all the best and good luck with whatever they choose to do next.

Whilst I'm at it, Crane would be out too, for agreeing to move the Astros to the AL to save himself some $$$$.

Only new rule I'd add at present is this: If you have the #1 pick in the previous draft you can't get the #1 in the next one.
