Ex-Wolverine CF Pat Womack (26-6.3) had 4 hits with 2 doubles, stole 2 bases and scored 2 runs, but sprained his ankle and will miss a month. For Boston, manager/1B Pete Bucolo hit a home run. 3B Bill Gordon (30-3.7) had 4 hits with a triple, scored 2 runs and had an RBI.
