The OP should make sure all drivers and windows or whatever OS are updated. Run a full scan for malware and check the HDD for fragmentation then defragment the drive. Check that your HDD has 30%+ free space.
You may have to accept the possibility that the league file is corrupt. Have you tried a different league file and seen the exact same issue. If not you should. Do you have the latest build?
In my experience the majority of crashes are computer or league file based. Specific OOTP caused crashes occur less often because they happen to everyone and get reported both in beta and generally on the forum.
