I'm in year 13 of a simulated league, and the offense has been slowly decreasing on a year-to-year basis, especially at the C position.

As of right now, there are probably about 5 legitimately good/average hitting catchers, maybe another 4 or 5 that should be platooning and the rest are bad - real bad. On top of that, the few that can hit are horrible at defense. And, at the draft, the only C look like they should go unselected as all of their ratings (both current and potential) are very low.

I'm not sure if there is a way to somehow mass bump up the catcher position? Or at least make the draftees a bit stronger so (eventually) the offense will return?
