Agreed, but the email isn't telling you what to do. It's only saying so & so is causing problems. This is realistic since in a locker room/clubhouse environment these comments will get heard by players and staff. The manager wouldn't have to "interview" (read personality traits) every player to find the problem. Somebody would say "Look, so & so is causing problems/mouthing off/bad mouthing team, etc etc.
Right now it's more like a chore to find the problem then a realistic experience.
