I'm playing "Stats mostly" (we need a name for this) and I get it.
Steve, you're just worrying about one team, right? If you have six, it's a handful.

I just use excel. I have columns with their options left, salary, Team control situation (Auto-1, Auto-2, Arb-1, etc.) and potential ratings (that's what I still have, POT skills from 2-8). If you have no ratings at all, I imagine OPS+ or WAR from the prior season might be in order.
