1. I do everything in Adobe Illustrator. Browsing the internet I found a very similar style guide and I mimicked it and tweeked it to my liking. So its a .ai file that i add all the logos/wordmarks too as well as the jerseys and caps once I create them. I just save the entire thing as a .png once I am done. I wanted to present everything nicely when creating my teams.
2. Yup, that was the plan. I will post the correct size uniform files and logos and zip em' up.
