Thanks for trying to help David. Customer service seems a bit slow, so I unlicensed, deleted and asked for my money back on my ticket. I noticed after a forum search that a few others have had the same problem, but no solution was ever suggested.
If I decide to play anymore, I will just play an older version that has all the bugs worked out.
