The Cleveland Spiders added P Willis Kornfield (33-6.0) to their roster today. He has not pitched since March when he injured his shoulder. They have elected not to send him to A Ball to get in shape, so expect an ugly game or two from the get go. To make room for him, they sent ex-Haymaker P Harry Lamb (31-6.4) to Oswego in the International League (A).
