Hello OOTP!

The Baseball Incorporated League is now taking applications for new GMs. We are a NEW league and will be holding an inaugural draft in a week or two, once we have enough GMs. This league is a fictional league based on corporations, which will have the NASDAQ league play against the NYSE league. We will have 24 teams and the league settings are below:

League Settings
• OOTP Version: 16
• Scouts: Disabled
• Coaches: Disabled
• Development Budgets: Enabled
• Player Morale: Enabled
• Player Personality: Enabled
• Injuries: On, Frequency: Low
• Suspensions: On, Frequency: Normal
• Drug Suspensions: On
• Player Actual Rating Scale: None
• Player Potential Rating Scale: 20 – 80
• Show Ratings > Max: Yes
• Overall Potential Rating (Star System): None Displayed
• Interleague Play: Enabled
• DH: None in either league
• Active Roster Size: 25
• Expanded Roster Size: 40
• International Complex Size: 50
• Roster Expansion Date: September 1st
• Minimum Days of Service for 1 Service Year: 172
• Waiver Period Length: 8 Days
• DFA Period Length: 8 Days
• Minor League Option Years: Enabled
• Maximum Contract Length: 6+1 (6 years, with up to 1 option year)
• 10/5 Rights (Player has right to veto): Disabled
• Trade Deadline: July 31st
• Rule V Draft: Disabled
• Amateur Draft: Enabled
• Amateur Draft Pool Reveal Date: 60 Days prior to draft
• Amateur Draft Rounds: 20
• Draft Pick Trading: Enabled
• Trading of Recently Drafted Players: Enabled
• Advanced Draftee Signing (Signing Bonus Negotiations): Enabled
• Draft Pick Slot Bonus: $300,000
• Revenue Sharing: Disabled
• League Minimum Salary: $500,000
• Player Development/Aging Modifiers: All set to 1.000
• Random Talent Modifier: 100

Minor leagues included are AAA, AA, A, R, and feeder leagues.

All markets/loyalty/interest set to above average or something like it but not locked(can change based upon the game), 35k capacity to start(can be upgraded later in a way to be determined), no cash max.

We may introduce a cash max if determined necessary. The league will have open voting which is up to the GMs to alter the constitution.
