I'd like to see the ability to remove players from individual shortlists, rather than only being able to remove them from all shortlists. In other words, I have a player who's one Shortlist A and Shortlist B. I want to remove him only from Shortlist A, but right now I can only remove him from both and re-add him to B. Give us the ability to remove from one shortlist without removing from all.
