I use the shop a player option to see who is interested. I know the 1 for 1 is never a good option. Recently I was trying to move a veteran 32yo 1B who was due 19M in the final year of his deal. The only offers i received were for older vets with longer contracts. But i at least knew these teams were interested in the player. I usually pick out a prospect in their system that i like and I'll offer up the player along with a couple of my own prospects that I'm not in love with but are similarly rated and that usually gets it done
