You can create the pitching.cvs, batting.cvs and the other cvs files. i tried this as a newbie when i came over to OOTP 11 from High Heat. I had neither the know how nor the patience for such a task. It took me close to 6 months to edit the txts to get them where i wanted them and have added planets in the nation editor.
My EBL vs MLB league is a fictional/historical replay of my EBL started in 1999, when the 1st 2 custom players showed up. I am now in 2023. I have stats for the majority of my players and add them to the draft each year. i use 100 % scouting so i know how they are rated. I try to stick as closely to my actual team that season as i can.
In many ways i enjoy this more then i would have had i started OOTP where I left off on HH2k2 in 2036. I have been able to creat5e the Coruscant Baseball Federation which i had running as background league in HH. I also have a parallel MLB, which before after Hardball i had just the EBL.
While yes some champions have changed and my Endor City while great winning the 1st 4 of 6 titles did not win the 1`st 6 and i was not a shoe in for the HOF anymore, as i said i enjoy it more because the more things i have been able to do in OOTP.
