Can confirm Deja Bru's method worked. I had to manually delete the tar.gz file from my /addons/downloads folder, then use the "alternatively download in browser" link from add-ons central for the skin, then move the downloaded file from my regular downloads folder into the OOTP /addons/downloads folder.

EXACTLY what I did.. so hopefully I'm good once next season starts and my leaderboards hopefully start working again.
