As it happens, I'm in two on-line leagues. In one, the commissioner upgraded today. The other hasn't yet. That wouldn't be a problem - I have two computers with OOTP - except for the fact that I'll be traveling over the holiday weekend and will have only one of the computers with me. I'd thought that I could just keep the old version on my laptop and be able to export to both leagues. Now I'll have to rely on the AI in one of them. That's not the worst problem I've ever encountered in my life, of course.

We did change the file format for this patch for the added options, so users on 16.5 will probably not be able to open files which have been saved with 16.6. So, the commish should stay with 16.5 until folks have all updated I guess.
