That is strange. I am on win 7 64 bit and like I said no problems.
I am not a computer expert at all but I have to think with only 2 complaints, at least that I've read, might be system specific? Real time virus scanner "thinks" the file is bad and quarantines it or deletes it? Maybe a dumb suggestion but just grabbing at anything I can think of.
Does it do it all the time\every time? If so maybe send in a support ticket and upload the file detailing steps to make it occur and see if Markus or Matt can reproduce it. If they can't see it happen I'm guessing something this obscure(at least not lots of reports here) is going to be a tough fix.
Sorry it's happening to you, I know if it were me it would drive me crazy not knowing why it was happening or how to fix it.
