When you load the photo you want does it change on the screen below or is the default still showing up? Never had a problem on 15 and until the most recent patch on 16 even if you changed the day/night you had to change the diagram or 3D for teh day/night to change from default to the new photo you wanted. If the default did not change make sure the file you are using is in jpeg form not png.
