This was the last post I saw with the issue, I had helped Isaac in PM's because I had the settings revert on me in the past as well. (I just wasn't able to isolate when it was happening and didn't get it in the bug thread.)
I would notice that if you set the league correctly to where it would accept the feeders correctly, the settings would revert (generate X players for rounds would go to Number of Rounds wanted +1, so 20 round draft, it would put X at 21 again, even if you had it at 0 at creation.)
I had just used a workaround of checking the night before the draft pool was made available to make sure the setting was where it should be before moving to the next day, but I'm sure that now that you aware of it, you'll be able to determine why it was reverting to other settings.
