Heh, reminds me of OOTPB in both cases. Get excited over a rookie (or a comeback player) starting out well, only to drop back to earth later on in a long season. Perhaps. Yankees need Pineda, period. Must. Heathcott would be a luxury - could he play RF?

Followed by a more conventional win, which was even more satisfying. Yankees cannot depend on periodic batting explosions - they just don't have the lineup for that. Small ball and great pitching! By the way, the bullpen has been looking subpar recently . . .
