It's taken from Bill Henderson's
Game Worn Guide to MLB Jerseys.
The latest edition (1970-2015) was released just a few weeks ago, and it costs $39.99. Well worth it if you're a jersey collector or just love studying up on each team's jersey history. Also good as a guide for recreating historical jerseys in OOTP.
