For five innings Steven Johnston and Wilfred Small would be locked in a pitcher's duel, and the game would head into the sixth inning with the game tied at 0.

Al Blanton and Peter Kerr would hit back to back doubled in the sixth to give the Indians the 1-0 lead, and they'd add one run in the seventh and one run in the eighth off Mark Carver to take a 3-0 lead.

Juan Chavez would hit a solo homer in the ninth, but it was too little too late as the Indians would win the game 3-1, and the series 3-2.

The Carolina Knights would head home for the offseason, but I'm trying to remain positive and think we took a big step forward this year.
