I think treches had the best advice, the player developments based more on stats... for leagues that are trying to create fair GM competition, too much emphasis is on player development, and less is on actually General Manager abilities in trying to make trades..

TRADE HEADLINES - this is big.. right now the breaking news isnt as breaking as it could be.. to write up huge headlines for deals where players have a certain amount of stars perhaps, but to do a write up to really make people excited about their trade "wow the game did a write up!" that makes atmopshere

I dont know if anyones noticed but the HTML is still messed up for some teams where on the Team Page it lists Records vs LHP when for some teams its really their RHP record. This is evident by the amount of at bats to games in the statistics.

A glitch in the game where you can take Middle Relievers who are superstars and if theyre young, turn them into Starting Pitchers who are stars when their ratings are so high to begin with, simply because they are MR's in the first place. This is a problem, people have tried to cheat like that.

A more valuable database center for online leagues,
www.ootp-leagues.com has too many dead links.. some leagues could use more exposure somehow..

Making contract negotiating a little easier for GM's especially in online leagues.. its too easy if you dont have the game in front of you to make a player mad off the bat with the "Let me hear your offer" , every player should have a minimum asking price even if its too high, because if the team wants to meet it, they should have the option.
Thats about all I can think of for now, tell me if you guys agree or disagree but this would make the balance of GM competition, activity and fun level highest its ever been.
