Im doing a Phillies franchise and I was hoping to have the number 1 pick next year, but we will have to settle for number 2. The New York Mets finished 63-99 with excellent pitching (3rd best in NL). How? An offense that scored 496 runs, or 3.06 runs PER GAME. They also finished last in HR(80), BA(.230, OBP(.286), and 13th in SB(58).Their team leader in HRs was Lucas Duda with 10, who I traded for in August, and their leader in BA was D'Arnaud with a .250. It was like the 2014 Padres all over again. Mets fans, just know that even though Matt Harvey went 5-17, he was their best player.(3.02 ERA 4.7 WAR)
