I would assume they must be placed into the OOTP16 game folder - probably under BALLPARKS if these beautiful photo's can be placed inside the game. We're still searching and hopefully something will develop soon.

You can put them in the ballparks folder assuming the parks are named properly the game should load them automatically. I keep mine separate and load them manually. Team menu - settings - edit Park - Pictures & coordinates - Select file - day/night. Size depends on you default OOTP size but to me 1024 x 768 works best. jpeg.
