April 14-17, 2006 @ Arizona Diamondbacks

Season Overview to date:

Definitely a better series for us this time around. Not a sweep, but we will take a series win everytime. Clemens came out in the first game and pitched great once again to earn us the win. Pettitte goes out the second game and throws a stinker once again smh. The 3rd game of the series had me infuriated at Dave Borkowski. He had already sucked it up in one game this year and cost us a win and he almost does the same thing again, putting us deeper in the hole in the late innings. Luckily for us, that offensive explosion I had been looking for happened in the 9th, scoring 8 runs to comeback and win the game. Next up for us is 3 games back at home against the Milwaukee Brewers, who are currently leading our division early on with a 8-4 record. This would be a good time to start bringing them down the standings.
