No, you have to point it to look there. i.e. in game, if you've done it the way I do, you should see the Spritze HS for OOTP16 folder inside the stats folder. Click on that. Now, you're inside the Spritze HS for OOTP16 database. Click on the historical_database.ODB in order to import your players.
