I really need a high-OBP outfielder and have a 1-for-1 trade (on very hard trade difficulty) lined up for high-OBP Brantley in exchange for low-OBP Marte, except Brantley is apparently a selfish jerk and half my players are already complaining there's too many of them on the team. I like the immersiveness of this feature even if it screws up my team building.
