The fans of the Nationals are hoping that their team can find a way to break into the top 4 of the AL table. The independent league assessors do not see this improvement for the Nationals. They are expecting the team to finish in 5th place in the AL table with 43 wins.
The MLB have decided that after a successful season with 16 teams that they can increase the amount of games played. With this in mind the season is now 98 games long and will runs from early April to late July. The amount of starters allowed has been pegged at 2 for the current season.
The squad has been locked away at their training base all pre season to concentrate on getting their skills right for the up coming season. The GM and Manager used this special training camp to select the following 25 players as the opening day roster.
