We would have to know what your search is. The shortlist only works if you have a short list, so make sure you are on the Player Search tab. Avoid the absolute 'is' for things like BA or ERA. Also on the left is the 'View'. I am not sure why but sometimes you don't get a complete list on the default view and you have to change to to say 'Batting Stats 1'. Also remember that BA have the . before the number. There is no such thing as a 250 BA but there is such a thing as .250.
