He works for me, and I'm glad he told me who was starting to cause trouble.
I think when someone is hurting the team, it's absolutely right to "snitch" to help the team win, and my Bench Coach laudably did so.
Anti-"snitching" is for when we were kids (including college) and wanted to get away with things like underage drinking that adults didn't want us to. I agree that that sort of snitching is wrong, partly because I think adults are too strict with young people and partly because that sort of thing wasn't hurting anyone.
When it comes to someone who could have ruined the team morale and made the team have ,major problems, I wish there were a way to give him a raise and let the AI "realize" that was why he earned it. I'd reward him in some way, like a raise, if I were a real life GM and the Bench Coach came to me and told me what he did.
