I have just "discovered" that the Fictional Player pictures do not show up in ANY of my OOTP 16 games... even games I created earlier that formerly displayed fictional player photos.

Now I get just a "background" for every player in every game. I have checked and re-checked all the settings for player pictures (that I am aware of). I have updated, force updated, and generated new player pictures.

What could I have done to turn "off" the fictional player pictures? Is there a solution to this issue? Should I reinstall the game?
