I started a game from quickstart in OOTP 15, then imported the game game into OOTP 16. The Player pictures created by Face Gen disappeared.

For the player pictures, all I get is a blurry grayish background and a team logo. I've "re-generated" player pictures several times and I get nothing.

How do I get the player pictures back?
