I don't see why you bothered to list a few names; there are 30 1B coaches, 30 3B coaches and 30 bullpen coaches in the majors, another 50-100 assistant coaches in the minors, plus another 100 or so roving pitching/hitting/catching/whatever instructors, none of which are in OOTP. Also, most teams have strength and conditioning coaches in addition to their trainer, and of course teams don't just have a scouting director, they have hundreds of scouts. And of course international leagues have all of these, too.

The logical place to draw the line is people who hold jobs represented in the game, plus a few who have held those jobs in the recent past and may again.
There are already a number of personnel who hold jobs in the MLB as first base coaches or third base coaches or bullpen coaches that are in the game as free agents. An example would be Joe McEwing who is a coach with the White Sox and is in the game as a Free Agent Bench Coach. Of the people I listed Rob Thomson is actually the Bench Coach of the Yankees not the guy that is in the game. Others like Leiper and Espada are respected coaches who should, I think, be in the game. That is why I listed a few examples.

I'm not asking for every instructor or conditioning coach to be added. Just guys like the examples I gave or maybe the option to unretire coaches in the game.
