There are many ppl who solely play historical and absolutely love it.
My knock on it is that rookies come in based on their rookie year and not the year they started. So for instance when Nomar enters the league he is already a top shortstop, he doesn't have to go through the minors.
I think the idea is great and I know why ppl love it, I just wish they'd come in as their 18, 19, 20 year old selves and have to develop in the minors. It's more like a free agency draft that drafted amateur players.
