Don't know if this has been reported yet...

Any time I get a pop-up window asking me to acknowledge it by clicking 'Cancel' or 'Ok', I can click on the buttons, but nothing happens. I can clear the window by hitting escape, but that is just as good as clicking cancel.

This happens on the Retail and Steam versions for OS X.

I'm running the game on a new 15" rMBP 2.4 GHz and have Yosemite updated to 10.10.3, but it was doing it on 10.10.2 as well.
